President Obama State of the Union 2010

Here is a recap of the small business initiatives mentioned in President Obama’s first State of the Union Address last night.

Obama Promises Help for Small Businesses. The President devoted  two-thirds of his 70-minute speech to the economy.  For example, he promises to increase funding for small business lending to $30 billion.  In addition, assuming he can convince Congress, he promises to create more jobs, eliminate capital gains tax, and double American exports.
